Join us for the 44th Annual Primary Care Conference at the beautiful Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club in Durham, NC. This event provides a fantastic opportunity to expand your knowledge, exchange best practices, and broaden your network.

This year’s theme is “Transformation: Embracing a New Tomorrow.” The pandemic has forced us to completely transform the way we deliver care to our patients. By placing our patients at the center of our focus, we have adapted and overcome the challenges posed by this virus, experiencing a metamorphosis that has equipped us to lead our teams towards a brighter future.

Each year, more than 300 administrators, providers, advocates, and others invested in NC health care join together for three days of learning and networking in the Primary Care Conference.

Important note on the add-on workshop: Below, you will see ticket options that bundle the Board Governance Training ($225) with the conference registration ($450), as well as stand-alone options for each. Please contact Lenora Ross with questions.

 

Building an Effective & Engaged Health Center Board*

Wed, June 7 | 1:00-5:00pm | $225

This dynamic seminar, led by the Woods-Liddell Group, will offer essential tools to maximize the value of the health board for the health center and for board members. This Board Governance Workshop will be offered as a hybrid workshop, with options to join in-person or virtually. Registration is required for both options.

Registering More Than One Person: Make sure to identify all representatives who will be attending the conference. Each registration must be associated with the registrant’s unique information (name, address, email, etc.). Registration confirmations will go to each attendee’s email address. If individual information is not included, the registrant will not receive important communications about the conference, including information on applying for Continuing Education.

Reserve a tee time on the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club’s 18-hole championship golf course:

Registered Hotel Guests can book tee times up to 30 days in advance by calling the Golf Shop at 919.681.2288.

Book tee times up to 14 days in advance online.

$80/walk or $115/ride on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

 


Additional Information

NCCHCA Cancellation & Refund Policies: Notice of cancellation must be requested in writing/email by May 17, 20223 for a partial refund, less a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after May 17, 2023; however participant substitutions from the same organization can be accommodated upon request. Please allow sixty days post-conference for refunds to be processed. No Shows are Non-refundable.

Other Administrative Fees: NCCHCA will charge a $25.00 administrative fee for registrations that have been previously processed and/or require re-submission due to incorrect selection of registration fees or denial of payment for any reason.

Photos and Video: NCCHCA may document the conference for promotional purposes. Your participation may be filmed or photographed at this event. Your registration is your consent for use of these images and recordings by NCCHCA.
